The Dispensary
The Dispensary is a cannabis store. It operates out of a retail building and customers serve themselves, like a liquor store.
It needs the usual retail furniture, a Stack of Shopping Baskets and a Point of Sales, plus display furniture holding its products.
Required product categories
A Dispensary only attracts customers once it stocks at least one product from each of these three categories. You choose which ones:
- Flower product: Low Shelf Flower, Mids, or Top Shelf Flower.
- Rolled product: Pre-Rolls, or Blunts.
- Other Cannabis product: Cannabis Gummies, Cannabis Chocolate, Cannabis Drink, Distillate Cart, Live Resin Cart, Liquid Diamond Cart, Badder, Sauce, Shatter, or Diamonds.
The Business app lists these next to the usual requirements and ticks each one off as you stock it.
Where to put things
The number is the customers per hour each piece adds for the product it holds.
| Furniture | Customers per hour | Displays |
|---|---|---|
| Tobacco Shelf | 30, 20 or 15 by size | Low Shelf Flower, Mids, Top Shelf Flower, Pre-Rolls and Blunts |
| Concessions Display Case | 50 | All three flowers, Cannabis Gummies, Cannabis Chocolate and the four concentrates (Badder, Sauce, Shatter and Diamonds), behind glass |
| Bakery Showcase | 20 | Cannabis Gummies and Cannabis Chocolate |
| Large Drinks Fridge | 50 | Cannabis Drink |
| Drinks Fridge | 20 | Cannabis Drink |
| Large Bookshelf | 50 | Distillate Cart, Live Resin Cart and Liquid Diamond Cart in volume, in one wall unit |
| Small Bookshelf | 20 | The same three vape carts in a one-meter unit |
| Product Panel | 10 | The three vape carts, hung on walls and dividers; cheap and modular, so several panels add up |
| Jewelry Floor Showcase | 15 | The three vape carts and the four concentrates, as a premium display |
| Rounded Shelf | 15 | The four concentrates: Badder, Sauce and Diamonds stand in stacked piles, Shatter stands in the trays |
Dispensary products can only be displayed on the furniture above. When you select a shelf in a Dispensary, the picker offers only the products that piece can display and that a Dispensary sells.
Vape carts on a Rounded Shelf from an earlier version
Vape carts are no longer offered for the Rounded Shelf. A Rounded Shelf that already held Distillate Cart or Live Resin Cart from an earlier version keeps displaying, restocking and selling it until you choose a different product for that shelf.
